Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CrewFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including company administrators and any authorized team members.

CrewFlow is a cloud-based workforce scheduling platform for commercial cleaning companies. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate weekly employee schedules based on client requirements, employee availability, and operational constraints.

Features include employee management, client management, AI schedule generation, schedule publishing, and billing management.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@crewflow.app.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time for new signups.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize CrewFlow to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Plan pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@crewflow.app.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including employee and client information. You grant CrewFlow a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may export your data at any time via the export features in the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by CrewFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated schedules will meet all operational requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated schedules before use.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
